Jobs and Business both have their own advantages :

Advantages of Jobs : 

1. Steady Income : Jobs has an advantage of steady income because      in jobs employees get a fix amount at the last or starting of                  month. 

2. No Financial Risk : Jobs don't have financial risk but the business      has because in job individual do not need to invest any amount          but in business we have to invest some amount as a capital. 

3. Working Hours : Working hours is one of the advantage of job             because in jobs working hours are fixed while in business all the       burden is on your head. 

Advantages of Business : 

1. Boss : In business you are your own boss while in jobs you have        to do things which is tell by your boss but in business you are           your boss and you have enough authority to do what you want to       do. 

2. Secured : Your post is more secure in business as compare to jobs      because in business no one is there to fire you from your work but      it is opposite in jobs. 

3. Full Control : In business you have your full control on business        but in jobs you have to a particular thing which tell by your                seniors.
