In this pandemic of corona virus we can see that everyone is affected from different ways and many of us can not able to go to gym to do workout because government has strictly said to close the gym to stop the spreading of corona virus. we all know that in gym and other workout places like parks many people go to workout and to keep the body fit but in this pandemic if government give permission to open the gym than there is more chances that corona virus can spread more faster as of now because in gym people use the same machines and equipments to do workout and if people use the same machines than the chances of increasing the corona virus is more.
So, in this corona virus we can do workout at home with the help of dumbbells and by skipping the rope by which we can keep our body fit and can also increase our immunity. There is one more thing which we can do at our home i.e, Yoga.
Yoga is the best workout for home it does not need any extra equipment push up and pull are best for home the physical activity can done anything that gives us every thing in our life some simple workout can likes skipping ropes dumbbells etc. Can change our life.
